Moorings

The Boat Haven caters for up to 50 vessels afloat ranging from small  cruisers to sea going vessels and narrow boats, mooring fees are per year  payment in advance with no refunds. three months notice prior to your mooring agreement terminating in writing is required  should you not wish to renew.

All moorings are  strictly none residential.

No vessel moored at Littleport boat haven shall be advertised or offered for sale privately without prior  termination of the mooring contract and removal of the said vessel from the premises.

Brokerage

Littleport boat haven offers a brokerage  facility at the following fees.

8% on the first £2,000

5% on  the £2,000 -£10,000

4% on the remainder

Slippage

The Slipway  and  trolley is  capable of pulling out narrow boats up to 55 feet including grp boats up to 32 ft with a 10 ft beam.

Grp boats up to 27 ft  can be taken out on one of my custom trailers for longer periods ashore contact me for more details
