Our Marine window rubber sections consist of one channel for the Boat superstructure, one for the Glass or Perspex and one "V" shaped for the separate insert WRI 1B or WRI 1C

Window rubber fitting: Cut the window rubber & insert slightly longer than required (approx 1")

Start fitting the window rubber at the centre of the top pane, push fully home all the way round, trim to length

Insert the glass from the bottom and work around the top. the last section may require the use of a glazing tool to stretch open the channel for the glass.

Finally insert the filler strip using insert Tool IT 01 starting away from the top joint
